I've enjoyed your music and cookin' for several years now, since the time you came to Cafe Classics in Doylestown, PA to the time you helped a fire station near Reading, PA with a fund raiser.

I love to play too. I apply this body cleanings to my life style either a three day once a month, which is hard to do or a five day every three months. It helps replair problems with the body. I did do a Ten day last year. WoW that was tough but worth it. I eat high fiber foods, fresh fruit & vegies and so small tastes of high fat foods which go great with beer LoL. I get my cleansing from the Healthy Living Book found at Henerys Markets in return I hope I can still party every weekend and still remain healthy......that's my goal. Treat you body like a fine car and it'll take you far. Get Well Soon. Thanks for all the emails...

OK, Listen to your body. Take care of yourself and for God's sake take time to let yourself recover. I think everyone that loves you understands that making time to take care of you is #1. May you be truly favored in your recovery. Tell my lil drummer boy (LOL) his Aunt Teresa said "hi".
